TravelGuard SARL ("we", "us", or "our") operates the lemonrate.app website and, when launched, the TravelGuard platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

Today, lemonrate.app is a coming-soon page. The only personal information we collect through this website is the email address you voluntarily provide when you submit the "Notify me" waitlist form.

We use your email solely to contact you about the TravelGuard product launch and related pre-launch communications. We do not use waitlist data for unrelated marketing without your consent.

When the TravelGuard service launches, we may process additional categories of personal information necessary to provide travel disruption recovery services to organizations and their travelers. These may include:

• Account and profile information (name, work email, phone number, organization membership)
• Travel itinerary data received via email ingest or other authorized channels
• Communications related to flight disruptions, claims, and reimbursements
• Evidence you upload (receipts, correspondence) in connection with a claim
• Technical and security logs (IP address, device type, authentication events) required to operate the service securely

We use personal information to operate, secure, and improve our services; to communicate with you about your account, trips, and claims; to comply with legal obligations; and, where permitted, to analyze aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.

We do not sell personal information.

We may share personal information with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf (for example: cloud hosting, email delivery, SMS notifications, flight data providers, and payment processors). These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Your information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including within the European Economic Area and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, and regulatory requirements. Waitlist emails are retained until launch communications are complete or you request deletion.

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies. We may use strictly necessary technical cookies required for the website to function (for example, security or load-balancing).

If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, obtain your consent before activating them.
