Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the lemonrate.app website and, when available, the TravelGuard platform operated by TravelGuard SARL ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing this website, submitting the waitlist form, or using the TravelGuard service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or service.

About the service

Today, lemonrate.app is a coming-soon website that allows you to register interest in TravelGuard. When launched, TravelGuard will be a business-to-business platform that helps organizations and their travelers manage travel disruption recovery, including eligibility assessment, evidence collection, and claim coordination.

Features, availability, and pricing may change before and after launch. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will be available on any specific date.

Eligibility and accounts

The waitlist is open to anyone who can provide a valid email address. Access to the full TravelGuard platform will be provided through organization-controlled onboarding (for example, invite codes or employer provisioning). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website or service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Intellectual property

The TravelGuard name, logo, website content, and platform software are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

Fees and compensation

Waitlist registration is free. When the platform launches, fees, success fees, or administration charges may apply as disclosed in your organization's agreement with us and in product-specific terms presented at the point of claim submission. Nothing on this coming-soon website constitutes a binding fee quote.

Disclaimers

The website and service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular travel disruption outcome or compensation amount will be achieved.

TravelGuard assists with disruption recovery workflows; it does not guarantee airline or regulator decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TravelGuard SARL and its officers, directors, and employees from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website or service, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

This governing-law clause is a placeholder pending final counsel review.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
